Booking a simulator session
Please visit simprogolf.co.uk to book your indoor golf simulator experience powered by Trackman the market leader in ball tacking technology. A maximum of 4 players may play in each of our Trackman powered performance simulation bays at anyone time. Sessions are 55 minutes in duration, starting on the hour, which allows a 5 minute turnaround time for the following customer. You will be required to wait in the reception area whilst your bay becomes free from the group ahead. Please respect groups either side of your booking. It is the customers responsibility to operate the simulators in a safe manner, dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave. Safety is our upmost concern to both our customers and staff.

Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellations require 24 hours notice ahead of the intended booking time. Notification of any cancellation must be emailed to Sim Pro Golf Ltd info@simprogolf.co.uk by the customer. A refund will be issued subject to 24 hours notice being given by email to info@simprogolf.co.uk, any request for a refund without 24 hours notice will be rescheduled to another booking slot. Sim Pro Golf Ltd reserve the right at anytime to withdraw the use of our facility subject to technical issues, etc. In this instance, the customer shall be notified by email as soon as any issue is known. A refund will be issued or a rescheduled session booked. Sim Pro Golf Ltd will not be liable for any further costs incurred by the customer.
